What’s The Goal of Gathering?
This space is rooted in Shear Team Connections’ motto of “Cutting Obstacles to Build Better Communities”.
There are two focuses for these uplifting year-round touch points:
- Supporting novice entrepreneurs from marginalized communities with navigating obstacles related to business fundamentals, operational excellence, and sustainable network development; and
- Honoring the wisdom and expertise of seasoned business-folk!
Why Do I Want To Be There?!
Whether you’re participating as a facilitator, a panelist, or a contributing audience member, together we’ll create a virtual meeting space that is:
- Providing access to business management concepts and resources;
- Cultivating a psychologically safe networking environment;
- Practicing business management skills through workshop simulations;
- Spotlighting subject matter experts across a range of disciplines and identities.
